Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer / Administrative Officer to manage daily office operations, support internal teams, and ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong office administration, data entry, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and operations
  • Maintain records, files, and data entry in systems
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics
  • Support HR and accounts with administrative tasks
  • Monitor office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer / Office Administrator / Admin Executive
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
