Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Business Administration

Alpine Marine Services is seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Business Administration with a focus on Quality and Administration. This entry-level development role is designed to build strong foundations in office administration, operational coordination, documentation control, and quality management systems within a dynamic marine and shipping environment.

The role provides structured learning exposure across administrative functions and quality assurance practices, preparing the candidate for future leadership roles in business operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative operations across office functions
  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, and internal documentation
  • Support coordination of meetings, scheduling, and internal communication flow
  • Assist in office procurement processes, vechiles and vendor coordination, and asset tracking
  • Prepare routine reports, letters, presentations, and internal correspondence

Quality & Compliance Support

  • Support implementation and monitoring of internal quality standards and SOPs
  • Assist in maintaining controlled documentation and version management systems
  • Help track compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Participate in internal audits and support closure of corrective actions
  • Assist in maintaining quality records aligned with ISO or internal frameworks (if applicable)

Reporting & Data Management

  • Collect, compile, and organize operational and administrative data
  • Support preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and logs for assigned activities

Coordination & Learning

  • Work closely with administration and quality teams for cross-functional exposure
  • Participate in structured training programs and on-the-job learning assignments
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
  • Strong academic background in administration, management, or operations preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Professional attitude with willingness to learn in a structured environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
