Admin Assistant (Male)

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes and provide support to staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or relevant field preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Job Timings: 8:30 AM to 04:30 PM.
Location : Aptech Metro Star gate center, karachi.
