Receptionist – Female

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Handle dispatch, mail and courier management
  • Maintain front desk area, visitor logs, and appointment schedules
  • Provide support during interviews (candidate coordination, scheduling, documentation, etc.)
  • Assist HR and Admin in basic operational tasks
  • Ensure timely communication between departments and maintain proper records

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (Front Desk / Reception)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active, energetic, and presentable personality
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling)
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving approach
