Executive HR Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from joining formalities to exit interviews.
  • Data Management & HRIS: Maintaining accurate employee records and managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Compliance & Payroll: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and assisting in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identifying process improvements and enforcing company policies.
  • Employee Queries: Serving as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
