Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from joining formalities to exit interviews.
- Data Management & HRIS: Maintaining accurate employee records and managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Compliance & Payroll: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and assisting in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Operational Efficiency: Identifying process improvements and enforcing company policies.
- Employee Queries: Serving as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
