Job Purpose:

As a Customer Escalation Specialist at Eminent4U Private Limited, you are pivotal in fostering a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist. where you will spearhead the management of our social media accounts across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Your primary focus will be crafting engaging organic content, fostering community interaction, and ensuring our social media presence is vibrant and attentive to our audience's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
• Create and publish compelling, original content to engage our audience, build community presence, and increase brand awareness.
• Monitor and manage all engagement on social media platforms, including direct messages, comments, and reviews.
• Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and tailor content strategies accordingly.
• Maintain a constant, lively presence on social media, keeping pages updated with fresh and relevant content.

Competency and Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing business accounts across multiple social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO principles.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creativity, with an eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Science, or in related field

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Experience: at least 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity

Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 per month along with other fringe benefits (i.e. Annual Bonus, Anniversary Bonus, Weekday, Birthday, Punctuality Allowance, etc.)
