Our team works on real estate campaigns, events, and digital media to build a strong market presence.Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Photographer &amp; Videographer who can handle both indoor and outdoor shoots. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of lighting, camera work, and storytelling through visuals.This role is for someone who is creative, active, and able to manage both planned shoots and live event coverage.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture high-quality photos and videos for:</li><li>Real estate projects</li><li>Events and festivals</li><li>Marketing campaigns and social media</li><li>Handle indoor shoots with proper lighting setup and composition</li><li>Manage outdoor shoots and event coverage professionally</li><li>Plan and execute shoot ideas based on marketing needs</li><li>Work closely with the marketing and creative team</li><li>Ensure all content meets professional and brand standards</li><li>Organize and manage raw footage and media files</li><li>Assist in basic video editing or coordinate with the editing team</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong understanding of camera handling and framing</li><li>Knowledge of indoor lighting setup (studio lights, natural light use)</li><li>Experience in outdoor shooting and event coverage</li><li>Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation</li><li>Understanding of social media content formats (reels, short videos)</li><li>Creative eye for angles, composition, and storytelling</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Background in Media Studies or relevant field (preferred)</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;4 years (Fresh candidates with strong skills may also apply)</li><li>Must have a portfolio (photography &amp; videography work)</li><li>Creative mindset with fresh ideas and modern approach</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on a large real estate and event-based project</li><li>Exposure to professional shoots, campaigns, and events</li><li>Growth in media production and content creation</li><li>Professional and creative working environment</li></ul>Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
