About the Role
Digital Bee Media (DBM) is seeking a confident, ambitious, and result-driven Female Outreach Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, partnerships, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, generating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience in PR, digital marketing, advertising, media, branding, or corporate sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, and networking
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, businesses, startups, and corporate clients
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Outreach & Relationship Management
- Develop strategic outreach campaigns for client acquisition
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and events
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
PR & Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams regarding client requirements
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and service packages
- Support influencer marketing, PR partnerships, and brand collaborations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Reporting & Operations
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Track daily outreach activities and performance metrics
- Submit weekly and monthly sales progress reports
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, PR, advertising, or client servicing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence in client-facing and presentation environments
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
