 Product Evangelism:

 Act as the product champion for newly launched Digital Harbor products. Promote them to both internal teams and external customers by highlighting their core differentiators and business value.
 </li>

 Customer-Centric Insights:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understand customer needs by observing product usage, identifying gaps between product vision and real-world value, and suggesting improvements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Goal-Driven Execution:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define clear product adoption goals and develop strategies to achieve them &mdash; including customer education, onboarding programs, and continuous feedback loops.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Data-Driven Analysis:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Product and Data teams to define key product success metrics. Analyse product usage data, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product performance and adoption.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Stakeholder Collaboration:

 Identify and nurture product ambassadors within business teams to drive user adoption and streamline existing processes onto Digital Harbor&rsquo;s new products.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Continuous Improvement:

 Capture and report defects, usability issues, and enhancement ideas. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to ensure seamless product evolution.

 Analytical Mindset:

 Apply structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and business thinking to align product enhancements with customer value and business outcomes.

 Required Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 0 to
 
 2 years of experience
 
 as a Business Analyst in a
 
 software product-based environment

 Strong understanding of
 
 product lifecycle management
 
 and
 
 customer success strategies
 
 .

 <li>
 Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or SQL).
 </li>

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
