Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design creative assets for campaigns across social media, websites, and ads.</li><li>Develop logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems for clients.</li><li>Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, presentations, product packaging, and infographics.</li><li>Work on UI design mock ups to support website and product development.</li><li>Edit and produce videos, motion graphics, and reels for digital campaigns.</li><li>Ensure all designs align with brand strategy, target audience, and latest design trends.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of professional experience in graphic design.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools like Figma/Canva for quick tasks).</li><li>Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.</li><li>Experience in video editing and motion graphics.</li><li>Ability to design for both print and digital platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with social media content formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).</li><li>Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with marketing teams on ad creatives and campaigns.</li><li>Basic knowledge of web layouts (HTML/CSS awareness) would be an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
