We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Field Marketing Executive who will represent and promote our brands across different markets. The role involves active fieldwork, meeting clients, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating events, and building brand visibility through ground-level marketing activities.
You will be the face of the company in the field — interacting directly with customers, institutions, and partners to drive awareness, engagement, and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Promotions & Brand Representation
- Outreach on-ground brand activations, exhibitions, and promotional drives for all three brands.
- Visit schools, colleges, and educational fairs to promote App Lipi and conduct demo sessions.
- Represent The Swaadam at food expos, retail outlets, community events, and distributor networks.
- Support the IT Software team by participating in local business meets, client visits, and seminars.
Market Development & Relationship Building
- Identify and build relationships with distributors, partners, and institutional clients.
- Maintain strong rapport with schools, colleges, and local business associations.
- Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements.
- Support the sales team by generating leads and converting them through follow-ups.
Event & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate promotional stalls, banners, sampling activities, and event setups.
- Ensure smooth execution of college and campus events, workshops, and brand tie-ups.
- Work with vendors and logistics teams for materials, permissions, and setup requirements.
- Document activities through reports, photos, and feedback summaries.
Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily/weekly visit reports and updates on field activities.
- Track campaign performance, attendance, and lead outcomes.
- Coordinate with the central marketing and HR teams for manpower, materials, and travel plans.
- Ensure branding guidelines are maintained in all field executions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales promotion, or event coordination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable interacting with large groups.
- Two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong time management and reporting abilities.
