Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven
Brand Executive
to develop and execute impactful brand strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work strategically in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution
-
Assist the Brand Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns to align with business objectives and resonate with the target audience.

Support
ATL and BTL campaigns
to drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
-
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Market Research & Insights
-
Conduct
market research
to analyze consumer preferences, competitor activities, and category trends.

Compile insights and prepare analytical reports to support
brand positioning
and marketing plans.
Creative & Agency Coordination
-
Collaborate with
creative and media agencies
for campaign execution, packaging design, and promotional content.
-
Ensure all communication materials maintain
brand consistency and visual identity.
-
Liaise with media partners to
execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Brand Activation & Promotions
-
Support the execution of
consumer activations, events, trade shows, and influencer marketing initiatives.
-
Manage
vendor relationships
for on-ground branding, POS materials, and promotional merchandise.
-
Track and report
campaign performance and ROI
to the Brand Manager.
-
Collaborate with the design team to create engaging content and manage promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility.
Product Development & Launch Support
-
Assist in
new product development (NPD)
activities including concept evaluation, packaging design, and launch execution.
-
Coordinate with
Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain
teams to ensure timely product rollouts.
Budget & Reporting
-
Support in preparing and managing
brand budgets
in coordination with the Brand Manager.

Maintain trackers for marketing spends, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
Brand Consistency
-
Ensure brand consistency and messaging are maintained across all marketing materials, promotional activities, and brand touchpoints.
Continuous Learning & Collaboration
-
Stay updated on
industry trends, consumer behavior, and marketing innovations.
-
Contribute to knowledge sharing, team discussions, and capability enhancement initiatives.
What we are looking for?
-
MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification
in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
-
2–4 years of experience
in brand marketing, preferably within
FMCG or consumer goods.
-
Hands-on experience in campaign coordination, agency management, and marketing operations.
-
Strong analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills.

Proficiency in
MS Excel and PowerPoint
; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
