 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your responsibilities will include:

 Drive
 
 primary and secondary sales objective
 
 s, ensuring achievement of brand-wise and value targets.

 Execute monthly business plans
 
 , aligning goals across distributors and sales teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen territory performance through
 
 effective distribution, coverage expansion

 market penetration.

 <li>
 Acquire, build, train, and motivate field teams, ensuring
 
 sales rep productivity and beat optimization
 
 .
 </li>

 Lead
 
 BTL activations
 
 including trade schemes, visibility drives, new launches, and promotional campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure
 
 sales hygiene and system compliance
 
 as per company SOPs, while continuously improving distribution effectiveness.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What we are looking for:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduate / MBA in Sales &amp; Marketing (Preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade experience is Must)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sales planning, distributor management and people coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver execution excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
