 We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to join our General Trade Sales (CCD) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving area sales performance, channel growth, and sales efficiency. This high-impact position requires strong sales planning, effective distribution management, sharp execution, and people leadership.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

 Drive sales targets and market share in the assigned territory

 Execute Go-To-Market plans and improve outlet coverage and distribution efficiency

 Manage distributors, retailers, and stockists while enhancing field force capability

 <li>
 Good verbal and written communication skills

 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, MBA/PGDM (Preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of Ayurveda industry is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus
