Position: Area Sales Executive – General Trade, Consumer Care Division (CCD)

Location : Begusarai, Bihar, India

Reporting To : Area Sales Manager – CCD General Trade

About the job:

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Area Sales Executive – General Trade to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive primary and secondary sales objective s, ensuring achievement of brand-wise and value targets.
• Execute monthly business plans , aligning goals across distributors and sales teams.
• Strengthen territory performance through effective distribution, coverage expansion , and market penetration.
• Acquire, build, train, and motivate field teams, ensuring sales rep productivity and beat optimization .
• Lead BTL activations including trade schemes, visibility drives, new launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure sales hygiene and system compliance as per company SOPs, while continuously improving distribution effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)
• 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade experience is Must)
• Strong sales planning, distributor management and people coordination skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver execution excellence.
• Self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
