Job Overview We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Office Administrator / Marketing Assistant to help manage daily operations and support our digital marketing projects. The role starts with general office work and will gradually grow into SEO, website content, and creative coordination.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Keep office operations organized and projects on schedule</li><li>Assign blog topics to writers and ensure content fits each client&rsquo;s goals</li><li>Review blogs for quality and originality (we&rsquo;ll train you how to spot AI-generated content)</li><li>Help publish blogs and build simple web pages for local landing pages using WordPress</li><li>Coordinate with our graphic design team when visuals are needed</li><li>Offer creative ideas and direction for marketing visuals and campaigns</li><li>Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, and general marketing support tasks</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, online tools, and cloud-based systems</li><li>Creative thinking and an eye for design is a plus</li><li>Basic understanding of WordPress or HTML is helpful but not required</li><li>Experience with Google Sheets and Docs is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere) is a plus</li><li>Eager to learn, full training provided for all systems and processes</li></ul>Who This Role Is Perfect For: If you&rsquo;re organized, motivated, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow.
