This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with a few years of relevant experience to grow their career in accounting and finance, particularly within an SME environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.</li><li>Financial Oversight (SME Focus): Monitor account financial performance, using QuickBooks for invoicing, tracking revenue and expenses, and ensuring timely client payments.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budget variance analyses primarily using Microsoft Excel for both clients and internal management.</li><li>Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client concerns or conflicts related to billing, service delivery, or financial discrepancies.</li><li>Sales Support: Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the sales team to present new services or solutions.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, contracts, and communication logs within our systems.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.</li><li>Experience: 0 to 4 years of professional experience in an accounting, finance, or customer-facing role, preferably within an SME.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Tools Accounts Management &amp; Interpersonal Skills<ul><li>Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g., general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting).</li><li>Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and internal team interaction.</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Persuasion: Ability to negotiate terms and present financial data clearly and persuasively.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze financial data and resolve complex account issues independently.</li></ul>Essential Tools Proficiency<ul><li>Accounting Software: Required: Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) for daily transaction processing, reporting, and client account management.</li><li>Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is critical (e.g., creating complex formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation, and financial modeling).</li><li>CRM Software: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) for tracking client interactions and account health is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: From Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
