We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to join the Digital Polygon team! This role serves as the strategic lead for our client engagements, bridging the gap between our customers and our delivery teams.You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vision keeper, responsible for leading projects that range from marketing retainer strategies to large-scale implementations, integrations, and optimizations across web and CRM platforms.Working closely with our marketing, development, and consulting teams, you will draft and execute integrated campaign strategies- including but not limited to SEO, GEO, paid advertising, and social media tactics. With a focus on collaboration, creativity, and customer satisfaction, Digital Polygon is dedicated to helping businesses succeed in the digital landscape through our comprehensive approach to digital product development and WebOps.Our mission is straightforward: Build it better.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic roadmapping and management: Own the long-term growth roadmap for retainer clients, recommending integrated strategies and tactics that align with the client&rsquo;s business objectives.</li><li>Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of marketing and web projects, owning communication between clients, designers, and developers to ensure seamless collaboration, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.</li><li>Campaign orchestration: Apply a solid understanding of paid, earned, owned, and shared marketing tactics to draft and oversee full-funnel strategies. Your role is to ensure that recommended tactics are executed on time and are strategically applied to achieve distinct client business objectives.</li><li>Client engagement and discovery: Conduct regular business reviews and discovery sessions to uncover evolving business needs, using these insights to refine engagement strategy and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Go-to-market (GTM) strategy: Support clients in launching new product offerings by developing foundational GTM strategies that effectively position their value in the market.</li><li>Account growth, renewal, and expansion: Support the business development team by recommending marketing and/or RevOps strategies during presales, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Your role here will be to identify gaps in client operations and recommend solutions that drive upsells and deeper engagements.</li><li>Performance Analytics: Measure and analyze campaign efficiency and success, providing data-driven insights that demonstrate measurable ROI and inform future product and strategy decisions.</li></ul>Desired Attributes:<ul><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client goals and develop strategies to drive business results.</li><li>Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, identifying opportunities for growth and developing effective solutions.</li><li>Passion for customer engagement, with a focus on delivering high-quality digital products that delight users.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.</li><li>Experience with marketing campaign development and execution, including email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.</li><li>Knowledge of website optimization techniques, including user experience (UX) design, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and accessibility.</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.</li></ul>Technical Experience Requirements:The following skills are necessary<ul><li>Marketing Strategy: Strong command of full-funnel marketing strategies and integrated campaign development. understanding of SEO principles (keyword research, technical optimization) and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.</li><li>Conversion Optimization: Practical knowledge of UX design, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing frameworks.</li></ul>Not all skills require a computer or certification. Our team values these skill sets as metrics of success.<ul><li>Innovative thinking and comfortable taking initiative.
