We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to join the Digital Polygon team! This role serves as the strategic lead for our client engagements, bridging the gap between our customers and our delivery teams.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vision keeper, responsible for leading projects that range from marketing retainer strategies to large-scale implementations, integrations, and optimizations across web and CRM platforms.
Working closely with our marketing, development, and consulting teams, you will draft and execute integrated campaign strategies- including but not limited to SEO, GEO, paid advertising, and social media tactics. Your mission is to ensure that the work our team recommends and delivers creates measurable ROI and support each clients’ business goals.
Success in this role requires a blend of strong digital marketing experience, project management experience, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic roadmapping and management: Own the long-term growth roadmap for retainer clients, recommending integrated strategies and tactics that align with the client’s business objectives.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of marketing and web projects, owning communication between clients, designers, and developers to ensure seamless collaboration, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
- Campaign orchestration: Apply a solid understanding of paid, earned, owned, and shared marketing tactics to draft and oversee full-funnel strategies. Your role is to ensure that recommended tactics are executed on time and are strategically applied to achieve distinct client business objectives.
- Client engagement and discovery: Conduct regular business reviews and discovery sessions to uncover evolving business needs, using these insights to refine engagement strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Go-to-market (GTM) strategy: Support clients in launching new product offerings by developing foundational GTM strategies that effectively position their value in the market.
- Account growth, renewal, and expansion: Support the business development team by recommending marketing and/or RevOps strategies during presales, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Your role here will be to identify gaps in client operations and recommend solutions that drive upsells and deeper engagements.
- Performance Analytics: Measure and analyze campaign efficiency and success, providing data-driven insights that demonstrate measurable ROI and inform future product and strategy decisions.

Technical Experience Requirements:
The following skills are necessary
- Marketing Strategy: Strong command of full-funnel marketing strategies and integrated campaign development. understanding of SEO principles (keyword research, technical optimization) and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Conversion Optimization: Practical knowledge of UX design, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing frameworks.

- SEO Tools: Semrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs

Additional Requirements:
- On-site in Frederick MD
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product development, account management, or a related field.
- Preference for experience working with digital agencies or consulting firms.
- US based role, with ability to work eastern timezone business hours.
- Ability for some travel to DC area and/or customer locations as needed.
