Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in the printing and advertising industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising and print production projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and support sales team activities and client communications</li><li>Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals as per customer requirements</li><li>Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects</li><li>Liaise between clients and production to ensure timely delivery and quality standards</li><li>Maintain and update client database and sales records</li><li>Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in a printing or advertising environment</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM tools is a plus</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under deadlines</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>UAE experience in the printing/advertising field</li><li>Knowledge of printing materials, signage, branding, and promotional items</li></ul>Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-time Salary: Based on experience + incentives (AED 3,000 - 4,000)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
