Sales Coordinator – Printing & Advertising

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in the printing and advertising industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising and print production projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support sales team activities and client communications
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals as per customer requirements
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects
  • Liaise between clients and production to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
  • Maintain and update client database and sales records
  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in a printing or advertising environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage

Preferred:

  • UAE experience in the printing/advertising field
  • Knowledge of printing materials, signage, branding, and promotional items

Salary: Based on experience + incentives (AED 3,000 - 4,000)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
