Sales Support Executive – Oil & Gas

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in the oil and gas sector. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination, strong communication skills, and knowledge of the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing, quotations, and client communication.

Prepare and follow up on proposals, tenders, and contracts.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Assist in preparing presentations, technical documents, and compliance forms.

Monitor sales pipeline, track order status, and report progress to management.

Handle documentation related to oil & gas projects (MTCs, COCs, delivery notes, invoices).

Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and industry regulations.

Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or support (preferably in oil & gas or industrial sectors).

Knowledge of oilfield equipment, spare parts, and services is an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
