Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Admin to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate, administration, or a related field who is passionate about supporting property listings and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate directly with homeowners and agents to prepare and manage property listings
  • Handle the full process of posting, updating, and maintaining property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and other relevant platforms
  • Prepare and review Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for resale transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and documentation using systems like DARI and Madmoun.
  • Assist in pricing analysis, staging coordination, and gathering necessary documentation for listings.
  • Organize listing preparations, including photography, signage, marketing materials, and scheduling showings.
  • Support open house coordination and promotional efforts across marketing channels
  • Ensure all listing agreements, contracts, and required documents are accurate and complete.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and third parties to provide exceptional service throughout the listing process.
  • Stay informed on real estate market trends, regulations, and community developments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, sales support, or administrative roles within a client-facing environment.
  • Proficient in property listing platforms such as Bayut and Property Finder.
  • Familiarity with preparing MOUs, and working knowledge of DARI and Madmoun systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
