Real Estate Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of UAE real estate experience, excellent knowledge of property portals, RERA/Trakheesi requirements, and strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, Form A/B, MOUs, and other real estate documentation as per UAE regulations.
  • Coordinate with agents, landlords, developers, and clients for smooth property transactions.
  • Handle RERA/Trakheesi approvals, listing verifications, and documentation submissions.
  • Maintain organized records of listings, transactions, and client information.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and online campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams.
  • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property portals, RERA/Trakheesi procedures, and real estate documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
