Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for residential and commercial property transactions
• Advise clients on pricing strategies, contract terms, and market positioning
• Collaborate with agents, legal teams, and developers to structure deals
• Analyze market data to support negotiation strategies and client recommendations
• Resolve conflicts and overcome objections to ensure smooth closings
• Maintain detailed records of negotiations, contracts, and client communications
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate negotiations or brokerage
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and transaction processes
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously under pressure
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
• Professional demeanor with a client-first approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate documentation
• UAE real estate license preferred
