Property Consultant

• Understand clients' property needs, budget, and preferences.
• Analyze real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Identify suitable properties based on client requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information.
• Assist clients in negotiating property prices and lease terms.
• Prepare and review necessary legal documents related to property transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate the buying, selling, or leasing of properties.
• Guide clients through the final stages of a property transaction.
