We’re expanding—and we’re looking for a talented Recruiter with real estate experience and fluency in a European language to help us build the strongest team in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles including property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff
• Source top-tier talent through strategic outreach, networking, and digital platforms
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and professional excellence
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and refine job profiles
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates with real estate backgrounds
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at industry events and career fairs
• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
• Uphold compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector
• Fluency in English and at least one European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian)
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate landscape
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• UAE residency or willingness to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Existing network of real estate professionals in the UAE or Europe
• Experience recruiting for luxury or high-end property portfolios
