About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Real Estate Investment Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone with deep market insight, financial acumen, and a passion for identifying high-yield property opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, financial data, and investment risks to identify profitable real estate opportunities
• Develop investment strategies tailored to client portfolios and risk profiles
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals
• Conduct due diligence on properties, including valuation, legal review, and feasibility studies
• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and ROI projections
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to maximize returns
• Stay informed on regulatory changes, tax implications, and emerging market dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and investment landscape
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and investment analysis tools
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• UAE driving license preferred
