Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a strategic and financially astute Real Estate Investment Consultant to advise clients on high-yield property opportunities across Abu Dhabi and the UAE. This role is tailored for professionals who understand the intricacies of real estate investment and can deliver data-driven insights, personalized strategies, and exceptional service to both local and international investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and present investment opportunities in residential, commercial, and off-plan properties
• Analyze market trends, financial metrics, and ROI projections to guide client decisions
• Develop tailored investment strategies based on client goals, risk appetite, and portfolio needs
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and institutional clients
• Conduct property tours, investment briefings, and financial consultations
• Negotiate and structure deals to maximize client returns and ensure compliance
• Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging investment zones
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and investment performance

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate investment, financial advisory, or property consultancy
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE investment regulations
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus
• Professional demeanor with a consultative, client-first approach
• Proficiency in financial modeling, CRM platforms, and investment reporting tools
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
