Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a driven and culturally attuned Emirati-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing our brand, guiding clients through property transactions, and contributing to the continued growth of our presence in the capital’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in residential and commercial property transactions
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Abu Dhabi
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Emirati clients and local stakeholders
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and integrity
• Stay informed about current property listings, market developments, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati) with fluency in Arabic and English
• Prior experience in real estate or customer service is preferred
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and cultural landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
