Real Estate - Sales Manager

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships
  • Oversee CRM pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead conversion
  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations and client presentations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales leadership (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Bitrix24 preferred)
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • UAE Driving License is a must

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • real estate: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Sales manager: 3 years (Preferred)
