Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Leasing Consultant to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a smooth, professional, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and conduct property viewings in Abu Dhabi.
• Advise clients on suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
• Negotiate leasing terms and close rental agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date property listings and ensure accurate information is shared with clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with landlords, property owners, and internal departments to finalize contracts.
• Stay informed about the Abu Dhabi real estate market, trends, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Preferred: Previous experience in real estate leasing, sales, or customer service (UAE experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
• UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
