Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and ensure the achievement of business targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing agents, training staff, and building strong client relationships to maximize revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business plans, and marketing activities to generate leads and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents to improve performance and customer service.
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee negotiations, property viewings, and deal closures to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Real Estate Agent in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the property market, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a competitive market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
