Role Overview
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Real Estate Broker to lead and manage property transactions, support agents, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in closing deals and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate real estate transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
• Supervise and mentor a team of real estate agents to ensure performance and compliance
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Maintain relationships with developers, legal professionals, and financial institutions
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and regulations
• Represent the brokerage in negotiations, exhibitions, and industry events
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Real Estate Broker license
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage management
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market and regulatory framework
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and lead a team effectively
