Role Overview

We are seeking a fluent German-speaking Property Specialist to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales or leasing, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide German-speaking clients through the full property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, consultations, and negotiations with cultural sensitivity
• Translate and explain contracts, procedures, and legal documents in German when required
• Build and maintain relationships with international investors and expatriate clients
• Stay informed on market trends, developer launches, and regulatory updates
• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
