Position Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Spanish and English to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who can confidently serve Spanish-speaking clients, navigate the UAE property market, and deliver exceptional service across residential and commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions
• Source and list properties for sale and lease throughout Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, market evaluations, and client consultations
• Provide expert guidance to Spanish-speaking clients throughout the buying or leasing process
• Negotiate offers and close deals in accordance with UAE regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Stay informed about market trends, legal updates, and new developments
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, listings, and client communications

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and client-focused approach
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
