Travel Consultant

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with travel information, options, and quotations.
• Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel services.
• Advise clients on travel requirements such as visas, passports, insurance, and health regulations.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of travel products, destinations, and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Handle travel issues, cancellations, or changes promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consultancy or a related field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
