Are you an experienced travel professional with a passion for delivering exceptional leisure experiences? We are looking for a Leisure Travel Supervisor to lead our leisure travel department, ensuring high-quality service, efficient sales, and seamless execution of travel packages. In this role, you will supervise a team, manage client relationships, and oversee operations to meet both customer satisfaction and business goals.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and lead leisure travel consultants with daily guidance, coaching, and training

• Design, sell, and customize leisure travel packages tailored to client needs

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business

• Oversee daily workflow including bookings, payments, and customer inquiries

• Ensure all services meet company quality standards and deadlines

• Promote leisure packages and upsell additional services to drive revenue

• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with Back Office, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations

• Handle escalated issues or complaints efficiently and professionally

• Monitor team compliance with SOPs and company policies

• Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and innovations

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in leisure travel, including designing and selling packages

• Strong knowledge of IATA rules and regulations

• Technical proficiency in travel systems and booking platforms

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development

• Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during peak seasons
