Property Management Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Management Manager to lead our property management division. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of UAE experience in managing residential and commercial properties, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.
• Supervise property management staff and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Monitor property maintenance, service contracts, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE property laws, RERA/DLD regulations, and company policies.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and rent collection.
• Implement strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Address tenant concerns and resolve disputes effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Property Management in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of property laws, tenancy contracts, and real estate procedures in UAE.
• Strong financial and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software/CRM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
