Catering Manager

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily catering operations and events.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Maintain proper inventory, ordering, and cost control of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Supervise food preparation and presentation to maintain consistency and standards.

Client & Event Management

  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure timely setup and smooth execution of catering services at events.

Staff Management

  • Train and supervise the staff
  • Prepare staff schedules and assign duties to ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and maintain discipline.

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of events, billing, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare reports for management on performance, sales, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in catering or food & beverage management.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale catering operations and events.
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
