Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily catering operations and events.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper inventory, ordering, and cost control of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Supervise food preparation and presentation to maintain consistency and standards.
Client & Event Management
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
- Ensure timely setup and smooth execution of catering services at events.
Staff Management
- Train and supervise the staff
- Prepare staff schedules and assign duties to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and maintain discipline.
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of events, billing, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare reports for management on performance, sales, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in catering or food & beverage management.
- Proven track record of handling large-scale catering operations and events.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
