Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager (With Catering Experience)

Job Summary:
The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operations of the organization, ensuring high-quality service, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing F&B staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, developing operational strategies, and maintaining compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The F&B Manager works closely with senior management to plan menus, control costs, and enhance the overall guest dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage daily food and beverage operations across all outlets, banquets, and events.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate F&B staff to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and catering teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and service standards for all F&B operations.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve profitability targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations across all F&B outlets.
  • Develop menus, promotions, and special offerings in collaboration with the culinary team to attract and satisfy guests.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of F&B areas to maintain quality and operational standards.
  • Prepare reports on F&B performance, sales, inventory, and staff efficiency for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and service standards.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple outlets, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and F&B management software or POS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
