Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain food quality standards, and manage staff performance. This role requires strong leadership, operational know-how, and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining our fun and friendly brand culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and reduce waste.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage team members to ensure top performance.
• Implement operational policies and procedures for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and senior management on promotions and new initiatives.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and professionally.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role. (with minimum 7 years relative experience)
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health regulations.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in quick-service or fast-casual dining.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine or previous work in themed restaurants is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Arabic) is a plus.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
