Digital Marketing Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Supervisor with a strong background in digital marketing to join our team. This role involves overseeing and optimizing marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing strategies. You will lead the marketing operations team to support the overall business objectives through data-driven insights, process improvements, and the seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, email, paid search, SEO).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.
• Oversee marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing operations team to maximize productivity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on marketing operations.
• Strong understanding of marketing technologies, CRM systems, and automation tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
