The Marketing Operations Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase online sales. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor website traffic and analyze SEO performance.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and manage social media content calendars.
- Create engaging social media content and manage social media communities.
- Run social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Create email content and design email templates.
- Segment email lists and personalize email messages.
- Analyze email marketing metrics.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Content Marketing:
- Assist in the creation of content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and social media.
- Staying Current:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
