Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Social Media Specialist bilingual to manage and grow the digital presence of our law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) as well as maintaining and updating the firm’s website.

The role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, legal industry nuances, and audience engagement strategies. The candidate must be able to translate legal content into accessible, compelling posts while upholding the professionalism and credibility of the law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management
  • Manage day-to-day content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring across all official law firm social media accounts.
  • Create, curate, and design engaging content (text, graphics, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  • Grow and engage follower base on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Maintain brand voice and ensure all content aligns with the firm's image and legal ethics.
  • Content Strategy
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to translate legal services, news, and case updates into informative and engaging posts.
  • Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and social media ads.
  • Website Management
  • Assist with updates and maintenance of the firm's website (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Upload blogs, news updates, lawyer bios, and service descriptions.
  • Ensure website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across all platforms using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Campaigns & Promotion
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g. Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Collaborate with external vendors or internal staff for marketing initiatives and event promotions.
  • Trend Monitoring & Compliance
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and legal marketing regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising rules and ethical standards set by the legal profession.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and digital marketing best practices.
  • Basic experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with legal industry or professional services marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with compliance rules for legal advertising.
  • Arabic language skills (if applicable, depending on region).
  • Video editing or motion graphics skills a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
