Marketing Executive

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (In-office)

Salary: Up to AED 5,000/month + performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms).

• Manage daily operations of our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others).

• Create engaging ad creatives and social media content using AI tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or new-generation AI design tools).

• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.

• Grow audience engagement, leads, and online sales through digital channels.

• Work closely with management to align marketing activities with business goals.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising, and social media management.

• Proven experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.

• Ability to use content creation tools (basic graphic design, video editing, AI tools like Canva/ChatGPT).

• Strong understanding of digital analytics, ROAS, CPA, and campaign optimization.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven.

• Fixed salary: up to AED 5,000/month.

• Performance bonuses: based on sales growth, campaign KPIs, and ROAS improvements.
