Marketing Manager

  • Lead and implement the full marketing strategy (online and offline)
  • Manage SEO, lead generation, and website performance in coordination with third-party agencies
  • Own and manage the entire lead management process, including:
  • Capturing leads from all property portals (paid and organic)
  • Assigning and tracking leads via CRM
  • Monitoring lead quality and conversion funnel
  • Direct public relations and media outreach strategy
  • Plan and manage participation in exhibitions, activations, and sponsorships
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms and materials
  • Leverage Innovation, AI and tech solutions to stay ahead in the market
  • Initiate improvements to boost department efficiency
  • Set department KPIs and track campaign ROI
  • Oversee and mentor team members
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to specific real estate segments, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitor activities, enabling data-driven decision-making for effective campaigns.
  • Create compelling property listings and promotional materials, leveraging high-quality visuals and engaging copy to attract potential buyers and renters.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online listings, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate open houses, events, and property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and prospects while gathering valuable feedback.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, clients, and industry partners to enhance networking and referral opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and performance indicators, adjusting strategies based on insights to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost-effective tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure compliance and innovative marketing practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, fostering an integrated approach to client acquisition and retention.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
