Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and coordinate all operational activities of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, improving operational efficiency, developing growth strategies, and overseeing the supply chain and inventory, while maintaining the highest quality standards in all our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

- Oversee daily operations of retail stores, distribution warehouses, and production facilities

- Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor operational performance

- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs

Supply Chain and Inventory Management

- Develop and manage strategic relationships with suppliers locally and globally

- Oversee import operations and customs clearance for products and equipment

- Optimize inventory management to ensure product availability while reducing storage costs

- Coordinate distribution operations for customers in both retail and wholesale sectors

Quality Management

- Establish and implement stringent standards to ensure product quality

- Oversee production processes and ensure consistency in quality

- Implement quality control systems at all stages of the operational process

- Address customer feedback and implement necessary improvements

Team Management

- Lead and develop the operations team including store managers, warehouse supervisors, and production technicians

- Identify recruitment and training needs and implement employee development programs

- Promote a positive work culture focused on customer service, quality, and innovation

- Manage employee performance and provide ongoing guidance and direction

Financial and Strategic Planning

- Contribute to setting annual operational budgets and monitoring financial performance

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities

- Develop business expansion strategies in new markets

- Provide periodic reports to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities

Development and Innovation

- Lead initiatives to develop new products and services

- Update and develop company processes using modern technology and systems

- Follow the latest trends in the retail sector and apply best practices

- Develop training programs for customers and employees about company products

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage or retail sector

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and inventory management systems

- Experience in managing multiple stores and/or distribution operations

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Personal Skills

- Exceptional leadership abilities and strategic thinking

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with various parties

- Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage multiple tasks

- Strong orientation towards customer service and quality

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in the work environment

- Willingness to learn about the coffee industry and its products
