Job Overview

As a 360 Marketing Manager at Trace Hospitality, you will oversee comprehensive marketing strategies across all platforms. Your role will involve planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our brand message, and engaging with our community. You will also play an active role in daily operations, capturing content for marketing use and ensuring our brand’s presence in the Food & Beverage sector.

What you'll Do

  • Brand Strategy Planning
  • Promote internal and external brand engagement and guidelines
  • Identify corporate brand profiling to develop corporate targeted positioning.
  • Be a passionate advocate for the Trace Hospitality brands, fostering a strong community connection.
  • Implement and monitor all brand and or product initiatives
  • Manage, monitor measure, and re-evaluate lead generation campaigns and conversion rates in all platforms
  • Development and execution of social media strategy identifying content pillars in line with the brand.
  • Oversee marketing and branding budget allocation and expenditure
  • Works well cross-functionally with other departments to ensure leverage on mutual activities to achieve the best outcome.
  • Spearheaded marketing and social media campaigns to boost engagement rates and improve sentiment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop content in partnership with in-house and external agencies covering ideation, direction, and production.
  • Conduct market intelligence including brand market and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including social media, content, and influencer tactics.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing content and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Utilize social listening tools to gain deep insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Generate impactful and engaging content tailored to various demographic groups.
  • Understand and differentiate audience behavior across various social platforms to enhance engagement.

What were looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a marketing manager role in the UAE, with focus on Marketing management (online – offline- and marketing strategies) for food and beverage business exclusively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Experience with social and community quality assurance programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to take ownership of projects.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
