Assistant Sales Manager (Cosmetics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales reports to monitor performance and suggest improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and distributors.
• Supervise, motivate and guide sales staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Building and leading a team of salespeople. Ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the procurement team, and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets for the cosmetics department.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Must have bachelors degree in related field.
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
• Must be available in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
