Our retail footprint includes our own stores, GlamBeaute, Flormar, and Exquisite, spread across the UAE, offering customers direct access to our curated range of international brands.With a legacy built on trust, innovation, and consumer-first values, Multiplex International LLC continues to enrich lives through quality, accessibility, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop plans and forecast budgets for yearly marketing activities, both online and offline, for 10 of our key brands.</li><li>Create content calendar and manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Snapchat for 6 key brands adapting content to suit different channels.</li><li>Prepare social media assets for all key retailers monthly as per the brands they have.</li><li>Liaise with PR agency to develop PR strategies for the brand, collate information for press releases and prepare PR packages for our key brands.</li><li>Research, identify and build strong relationships with key influencers.</li><li>Explore and close on new marketing instruments like radio, digital marketing, CRM, etc. depending on the brand requirement and budget.</li><li>Closely work with different marketing agencies for various brands, planning monthly campaigns and managing the same.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Must be available in or willing to relocate to Dubai.</li><li>Driving License is preferred.</li><li>Basic Arabic language understanding and speaking is preferred.</li><li>Must have a relevant bachelor's degree.</li><li>Must have knowledge about retail marketing.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
